What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is at 12:00 hrs.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

Can I check in late at night?

Galata Antique Hotel has a 24 hours reception. It is recommended you advise the hotel if you are arriving late or would like to check-out early.

What means “non-refundable“?

The amount of your reservation will be charged %100 from the credit card you have given. If a reservation is booked on “non-refundable” rate type, changes or cancellations are not exempt from charges.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for single, double and triple occupancy.

Does the room rate include breakfast?

Room rates include open buffet breakfast.

An open buffet breakfast buffet is served in our roof terrace on the top floor from 07:00-10:30 hrs.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department at least two days prior to your arrival. Please note that you must be booked on a ’Regular’ rate type as ’Non-refundable” rates are non-refundable.

Is there high speed internet or wifi available at the hotel?

Wireless internet connections are available in your room and the common areas of the hotel and are included in your room rate.

Can the hotel reconfirm my ongoing flight and make arrangement for domestic and international flights?

Yes, our front office staff will be pleased to assist with your travel arrangements.

Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in guest rooms.

Is there a parking lot available at the hotel?

We do not have parking lot at the hotel. There are two private parking lots within 100 meters.

How much does parking cost at nearby parking lots?

At Tuyap Otopark; the parking fee is TL 6,00 per hour per car and TL 20,00 per day per car.

At Sishane Otopark; the parking fee is TL 7,00 per hour per car and TL 22,00 per day per car.

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Turkey?

Hotel guests can use the storage facility at the Galata Antique Hotel free of charge if they spend at least one night at the hotel. However, guests will not be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location in Turkey.

Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

There is currently no tour desk available in-house, but we will be able to make recommendations according to your needs.
